Shipping & Returns

Shipping


We charge flat shipping rate $9.95 regular post and free shipping for all orders over $150 Australia wide. Express post is not avaialble as Australia Post no longer guarantees express delivery. Airmail shipping rates for New Zealand are AUD 22 for a pram/bassinet liner or a footmuff, and AUD 30 for a snuggle bag.

Overseas shipping costs for New Zealand, USA & Canada and most European countries: When you place an order, shipping costs will appear in the checkout.

Turnaround time of your order

Your Pramskin is hand made to order from my Melbourne workshop. The turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the moment of cleared payment. Once posted, you will see a tracking number assigned to your order & Australia Post takes 7-15 business days to deliver. I understand you may need your Pramskin urgently so please get in touch if you are in a rush to receive your order.

Payment

We accept online transfer (and you get a free gift with this payment option), PayPal, credit card, Afterpay or cheque. PayPal/credit card only from overseas buyers. 

Returns Policy

All Pramskins are hand made in Melbourne and we inspect each order before it is shipped out to you. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your Pramskins™ product, we will be happy to exchange / return the product under the following conditions:

  1. The Pramskins™ product must be returned within ten days days of receipt in as new condition, i.e. unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with the original packaging. 
  2. Please email info@pramskins.com.au with the following information: Your Name, Invoice Number, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving the returned item. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
