Pramskins offer FREE shipping within Australia. We ship using Australia Post satchels with tracking number. Coronavirus update: Australia Post is experiencing significant delivery delays in our network due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online. Feel free to reach out and contact me if you have been waiting longer than usual for your delivery. So far, all our parcels have made it :)

Overseas shipping costs for New Zealand, USA & Canada and most European countries: When you place an order, shipping costs will appear in the checkout. Coronavirus update: Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays due to the coronavirus COVID19.  To view a list of countries experiencing delays in international delivery please click this link.

Currently there are known delivery service delays to and from many countries.

Turnaround time of your order

Your Pramskin is hand made to order from my Melbourne workshop. The turnaround time is approximately two weeks from the moment of cleared payment. Once posted, you will see a tracking number assigned to your order & Australia Post takes 7-15 business days to deliver. I understand you may need your Pramskin urgently so please get in touch if you are in a rush to receive your order.

Payment

We accept online transfer (and you get a free gift with this payment option), PayPal, credit card, Afterpay or cheque. PayPal/credit card only from overseas buyers. 

Returns Policy

All Pramskins are hand made in Melbourne and we inspect each order before it is shipped out to you. However, if you are in any way unhappy with your Pramskins™ product, we will be happy to exchange / return the product under the following conditions:

  1. The Pramskins™ product must be returned within ten days days of receipt in as new condition, i.e. unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with the original packaging. 
  2. Please email info@pramskins.com.au with the following information: Your Name, Invoice Number, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving the returned item. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
